How much does shipping cost?

We offer free greater Vancouver Area standard shipping for all orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 CAD ship at a flat rate of $7.95 throughout Canada.
What is the shipping time?

All orders from youngwave.ca are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from our facility in Richmond, B.C. Shipping generally takes anywhere from 3 - 10 business days from the time an order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee shipping time as Canada Post is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Find out more about shipping information please click shipping icon at the bottom of page.
Do you ship outside of Canada? How do I place an order for international shipping, and how much would that cost?

Yes, we ship globally. The cost and shipping methods will show during checkout. Customers are responsible for paying duties.
Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds and returns due to sanitization reasons. All personal protective equipment sold will be final sale. However, if you conduct lab tests to find that our products are inferior to what we advertised (99% BFE and PFE), we will provide a full refund and ship with a new order to you for free.
What is the difference between non-rated, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 procedural masks?

The difference between each of these masks is their performance criteria against ASTM International Standard requirements. Non-rated masks offer the least protection and should not be used in environments where there is a risk of fluid exposure. Level 1 masks are the general standard for procedural and surgical use and may be used in low-risk fluid environments. Level 2 masks offer protection in low-to-moderate risk environments, and Level 3 masks provide the highest level of protection for moderate-to-high risk environments where exposure to heavy levels of aerosols, sprays, or fluids is probable. Medura only carries level 3 performance level disposable masks.
Are your products for every day or for medical use?
